All products are fully tested before they leave our warehouse to ensure they are in good working order and carry a 30 day hardware warranty against manufacturers defect.
However in the unlikely event that you product is defective please email us at sales@dreambox-receivers.com, we will then give you details of what to do, or how and where to return the product to, where we will test and if necessary replace the defective product.
Our policy is to make good the product for you if defective in this period.
You should not modify the product, try to repair the product in anyway, or exceed the maximum voltage for the product, this includes changing flashes on the product without first seeking guidance from us.
Please be aware that these are delicate electronic devices and should not be dropped as this will almost certainly cause damage.
Also please be aware we in no way condone signal theft, you should therefore consult your local laws before using any satellite signal testing devices.
